My name is Tom Althouse and I just recently became aware, a screenplay I wrote was used by the Wachowski Brothers to create the Matrix.
In 1993 I was asked to pitch my screenplay “The Immortals” and was told by a Warner Brothers exec to submit it right away. The Warner Bros executive said it was revolutionary and they were going to make it!
It was submitted through an attorney in 1993, the very same year the Wachowski Brothers claimed it.

It was written with layers that were all interwoven – including the final one line that tied all together. “That’s the man that pulled me out of the fire.”
Which is why the little girl is pointing at the sun. She is not creating the first sunrise as some scholars surmise. In the “Immortals“, the character they modeled Neo after is reunited with his seven year old daughter. He holds her in his arms as she points to the sun. The sun representing Christ.
Interesting? – Oh it gets better – and no pills are required here to look behind the liquid glass. (Which yes the liquid glass was in the original submission too!)
When you check the time line of events, the dates of the documents, their contents and see the scenes I post from the original submission requested by Warner Brothers , you get a sense of how blatant and brazen the theft of my screenplay by the Wachowski Brothers and Joel Silver really is.

I will now etch into cyber stone the truth about the Matrix. The brothers never were outside the matrix, they were inside the often corrupt Hollywood system taking from a script that was written by me while it was divided up like used car parts among the Warner Brothers cartel.
